Let’s be honest: the real estate market hasn’t had development in a long time. Many times, the lots that are left for land purchasing are the ones that weren’t someone’s first pick. This reality isn’t ideal, and it means we can’t always control the cost of your land because our first priority is making sure the one you choose is one on which we can actually build and properly install home systems.
This may sound like bad news, but here’s the silver lining: we take your budget very seriously, which means we’ll never spring the cost of a lot on you without fair warning and discussion. It may come across as bold to be so up-front about the reality of the cost of a piece of land, but we have always operated on transparency, and that’s never going to change.
Got a great piece of land you think you’d like to part with? We’d love to chat with you about it.
